The minimum storage period for your photos is 3.5 years. After your photos have been published, you can manage the storage period yourself via the Menu in the online store under your photo code. This gives you flexibility to extend the availability of photos you wish to keep.
Your photos will always be available under the original photo code, so you can revisit the link sent to your email to view or order photos later as well. You may place orders as long as the photos remain visible in the online store.
We will send you an email reminder 2 weeks before the scheduled removal of your photos. The message will include instructions on how to extend the storage period if you wish to keep the photos available for longer.
