Orders are processed when the order has been confirmed in the online store, and we aim to ship the photos to you as soon as possible after the order. You will receive a delivery confirmation by email when the photos are on their way.
The processing time for standard photo products is approximately 2–5 business days from the order. The processing time for special photo products (canvas paintings, mugs, posters, key chains) may be slightly longer. Standard photos are sent by mail, with an average delivery time of 1–2 weeks.
If you have ordered special products in addition to photos, such as acrylic magnets, photo enlargements, mugs, player cards, bottles or key chains, you will probably receive the products at a different time. The delivery method of the products may vary depending on the product and its size. Photos are delivered by letter directly to your home, and special products are delivered either as a separate small package delivered to your home or as a postal package. The processing times for the products vary.
If your order has not arrived within three (3) weeks of placing your order, please provide us with your order number and we will investigate the matter and get back to you as soon as possible.
