Although we pack the products as carefully as possible, sometimes the shipment can be damaged in the hands of the delivery company.
When making a complaint about a broken product, please provide us with your order number and information about which of the products you ordered was defective or damaged. Please provide a couple of clear photos of the damage to the products as support to your complaint. A damaged product does not necessarily need to be returned, a photo is often enough. We will send you a new product to replace the damaged one free of charge.
