In accordance with the instructions issued by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority in 2008, we previously sent a selection of photos (Introduction Package) to all families of children who participated in the photoshoot to see at home, even if no pre-order had been made, so that the child would not be placed in an unequal position. In recent years, online shopping has become the main way to purchase photos, and at the same time, consumers' need for physical introduction photos has decreased significantly.
After the change in law in 2023, the customer's order has required strong identification, without which we cannot send even the introduction photos. The automatic sending of photos only applies to those photoshoots where strong identification was required when registering for the photo shoot. If you are unable to place an order for photos in our online store, our customer service will be happy to advise you on ordering.
