You may have ordered special products, such as photo enlargements, mugs, player cards, bottles or key chains, in addition to regular photos. The delivery method of the products may vary depending on the product and its size. Photos are delivered as a letter directly to your home, and special products are delivered either as a separate small package delivered to your home address or as a postal package that needs to be picked up. The production and delivery times of these products may vary.
Acrylic magnets, key chains, player cards, Christmas cards, desktop photos, canvas boards, mugs, drink bottles, photo enlargements 30x40 cm, posters, A3 sized wall calendars, glass boards and acrylic boards will arrive as a separate shipment to your home or to a parcel pickup point. These products will not arrive in the same envelope as regular photo products.
If an photo outside this product list is clearly missing from the shipment, please contact our customer service.
Tip: A regular magnet may be found in your envelope on the other side of the backing cardboard than your photos!
