The Publication message is always sent via email simultaneously for all the codes in the same photo shoot. Did you remember to fill in your email address correctly when signing up? Sometimes messages are blocked by a spam filter, and the message can be found in your spam folder. Your message folder may also be full. If you can't find the message, please contact our customer service.
I did not receive the Publication notification for the photos, why?
