After you have purchased a digital passport photo from our online store, you will receive a separate email with a link to download the photo.
You can upload your passport photo to the Police Permit Administration's photo server here under *Uusi kuva*: https://lupakuvienvastaanotto.fi/Default.aspx
After you upload the photo to the server, the system will give you a unique photo ID that you can attach to your passport application.
