If you selected OP Lasku (invoice) or Walley-lasku (invoice) as the payment method when confirming your order, you entered into an agreement with the selected invoicing provider after identifying yourself using online banking credentials. The invoicing provider will send the invoice to you separately, either by email or by post. In many cases, you can also view the payment details by logging in to the invoicing provider’s own online service.

As the invoice is a credit agreement between you and the invoice provider, we cannot, for data protection reasons, access your invoice details or payment status, nor can we influence or request changes to the invoice due date. It is not possible to select an invoice issued by the photography company itself as a payment method when confirming an order; only invoice options provided by third-party invoicing partners are available.
