According to our updated privacy policy, the default retention period for photos is 3.5 years from their publication. We have found that this is generally sufficient time for both families and schools to have access to the photos they want and need.
However, consumers can extend the retention period for their own photos via the menu in the top right corner of the online store. The retention period can be extended by 1-5 years (1 click = 1 year more retention period).
