The photographer may have, for example, taken photos with a different photo code if no registration was found during the photo shoot, or it has not been possible to read the photo code due to a system error. In this case, photos of a certain type are usually completely missing from the service, i.e. portrait photos, sibling photos, friend photos or group photos.
Not all shots taken in the photo shoot will necessarily be added to the service. Clearly unsuccessful and inaccurate shots, as well as images identical to those already selected for the service, will be eliminated from the selection. The goal is to have several different shots available in the service.
If you have not received a link in your email through which you can see your photos, or you feel that portrait or friend photos are clearly missing from the service completely, please contact our customer service. Before contacting us please ask the child or youngster and make sure the photos you need have indeed been taken in the photo shoot.
